Categories: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80+ (Eligibility is as of April 16th, 2007)
Dress Code:  On-court clothing must be 90% white. Warm-up clothing
may be colored.
Cost: $150.00 (per competitor)
Includes: Sunday night opening reception & registration, Thursday night dinner/dance, Saturday night dinner/dance. Yonex Shuttles will be provided for all matches.
Spousal package: $100.00 (per non-competing spouse) Includes:  Sunday night opening reception & registration, Thursday night dinner/dance, Saturday night dinner/dance. Saturday dinner/dance only, $65.00.
Methods of Payment:
1 - Send a cheque to the Boulevard Club c/o Carole Alexander
2 - Send a fax with Credit card number (NO AMEX PLEASE, just Visa or Mastercard) authorising the Boulevard club to charge to the card. Fax No. 416-538-9411. Please indicate 2007 Masters Badminton Tournament, c/o Carole Alexander on the Fax.
3 - Charge through your private club if they have reciprocal previliges with the Boulevard Club. Please indicate Boulevard Club, 2007 Masters Badminton Tournament, c/o Carole Alexander.

Thursday April 19 - Dinner/Dance - cocktails 6:30, dinner 7:30 (at the Boulevard Club)"Blues at the Boulevard"  Dresscode: casual ("blue" jeans...) or in theme.  Use your imagination!

Shuttle Service
A shuttle service will be provided from The Valhalla Inn and the Sheraton Hotel to The Boulevard Club during the Tournament. A schedule will be provided prior to the start of the Championships.

The Valhalla Inn provides free shuttle service from the airport, please arrange through the hotel.
 
The Sheraton downtown recommends the Airport Express which makes a stop at their hotel, this has a fee associated with it.  For more information please refer to:  www.torontoairportexpress.com,
