Here at the Boulevard Club fitness center we are providing excellent service
through top quality instructors and staff.
The fitness centre is staffed Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm and on Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm. The fitness staff is here
to support you and help push you to the next level. They are also a resource
at your disposal for information and top quality programming.
When joining fitness our staff will provide you with an assessment and a program specific to your needs (drop by for a brochure).
Our group exercise program is filled with exciting classes, for beginners right up to advanced trainees. The Boulevard Club offers many specialty classes: Pilates, Yoga and Spinning are some of our most popular classes.

Our Personal Training programs provide one-on-one individual attention aimed at motivating
and enhancing a persons adherence to an active lifestyle. Individuals
of all fitness levels can benefit from personal training on a regular
or semi-regular basis. It helps to set and ultimately challenge the individual to reach his or her personal fitness goals.
A session with a personal trainer is a private workout.
Your trainer is with you for the entire workout to ensure that you perform
each exercise correctly, to answer any questions that you have, save your
time by having your workout pre-planned and to give you an extra motivational
boost.
Group Exercise
SPIN The spinning program is an
indoor cycling class which consists of 40, 60 or 90 minutes of moderate to
high intensity Cardio. This class has no impact on the joints, so it is great
for everyone from beginners to advanced riders. For extra muscular stimulation, pump and abs follow some of our spin classes.
55+ FITNESS A class devoted to our senior members.
It is a total workout including gentle low impact Cardio, muscle conditioning
and a great stretch.
PILATES Helps build core strength to restore
proper posture through strengthening exercises and flexibility work.
YOGA / POWER YOGA Stretching, relaxation, muscle
toning and breathing are the focus of our yoga and our more strenuous
power yoga.
CARDIO SCULPT This class is a mixture of Cardio and weights; the instructor will motivate and keep you training hard throughout the entire class.
BODY SCULPT / MUSCLE CONDITIONING / FULL BODY CHISELOur instructor will take you through a variety of different exercise while using various pieces of equipment to “sculpt” and strengthen every muscle in your body. You’ll just love the way you fell after this class!
INTERVAL / CIRCUIT TRAINING This class is a challenging
60-minute of intervals; this class will get you in great cardiovascular shape.
ZUMBA A fusion of Latin and international music and dance with themes that create a dynamic and exciting fitness system! Zumba combines aerobic/interval training using a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
