Hors d'Oeuvres: 
- Wild Mushroom Duxelles Tartlets with Goats Cheese
- Vegetarian Samosa with Mint Chutney
- Assorted California Roll (Vegetarian or Seafood)
- Prosciutto and Fig on Polenta

Hot Soup: 
Wild and Tame Mushroom Soup with Chives

Salad: 
Watercress and Baby Spinach Salad with Grilled Vegetables Kalamata Olives and Oregano dressing

Entree:
Grilled Cornish Game Hen with Roasted Garlic, Rosemary Jus

Dessert: 
Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée with Fresh Berries

Hawaiian Coconut Shrimp
Sweet Potato Fries in Cones with Garlic Aioli
- Maine Lobster Salad in a Crepe Purse
- Mini Cherry Tomato and Bocconcini on Bamboo Skewer

Salad: 
California Field Greens with Crumbled Goats Cheese, Carrot Threads and Aged Balsamics

Pasta: 
Cheese Tortellini in a Garlic and Double Cream Sauce

Entree:
Oven Roasted Alberta Filet of Beef Tenderloin with Dijon Mustard Jus and Niagara Red Wine Reduction

Dessert: 
Decadent Chocolate Tartufo with Fresh Berries and Crème Anglais
